    What better way to warm up on a cool winter evening with some warm, comforting Indian food! January will feature a combination of rice, meat and lentils that create a sumptuous meal. Chicken Biryani is a dish prepared with basmati rice and chicken. Daal Makhani lentils cooked in a creamy sauce and the delicious dessert Gulab Jamun which is fries dough balls soaked in syrup. A bonus for this lesson is learning how to make the cooling sauce,Raita. February will be delicious creamy dishes-Chicken Makhni(Butter Chicken), Gobhi Masala (cauliflower cooked in a thicksauce), and Kheer-the delicious Indian Rice Pudding. March will be a vegetarian feast. Learn how to make Chana Masala (chickpeas in sauce), Palak Paneer (Indian cheese cubes in a spinach curry) and Puri (fried bread). April will feature a festive menu: Chicken Tikka Masala (marinated and grilled chicken cubes cooked in a creamy sauce), Matar Pulao (rice with peas) and Gaja Halwa (carrot dessert).     This low impact, effective program firms, lengthens, and shapes muscles to their optimal form! We start with warm-up exercises and stretches based in Pilates, then we use light hand weights for toning the upper body, followed by highly effective deep tissue concentrated exercises to work the thighs and seat.
